Here is a brief summary of the time-tested Auction Marketing
process we will use to sell your real estate on the day YOU choose!
1) Evaluate the property to determine if it is suitable for
auction. Most, but not all properties can be sold at auction.
2) List the property using an "auction listing agreement."
The Pacific Auction Exchange has a copyrighted agreement for
the seller.
3) The seller selects the auction date.
4) The Pacific Auction Exchange of San Diego develops and
executes a marketing plan for the property. This campaign
typically lasts about a month, is tailored specifically for the
subject property, and is designed to maximize visibility and create
a sense of urgency.
5) The Pacific Auction Exchange of San Diego holds one or
two open houses that are two hours in length. This eliminates
numerous unscheduled, unproductive showings while building a sense
of urgency with buyers.
6) The Pacific Auction Exchange of San Diego works in conjunction
with the Pacific Auction Exchange professional auctioneers to develop
an auction day strategy.
7) Auction Day
- Register qualified bidders by accepting certified funds and
issuing bidder's packages.
- Sell the property to the highest bidder.
- Execute the the auction purchase agreement, copyrighted by the
Pacific Auction Exchange and conforming to California real estate
law.
- Collect a non-refundable 10% down payment from the successful
bidder/buyer.
8) Close the sale within 30 days using an escrow company.
